The board
Chair:
- Ensures that the guild’s activity is legal, lawful and functional
- Leads the board and to maintains the other members of the board motivation and well-being
- Maintain contacts with partners, such as the other guilds, ITY union, MIL union and the staff of the department
Vice Chair:
- Prepares agendas and minutes in the meetings of the Board and in the guild’s meetings
- Responds the guild room’s maintenance and services
- Arranges coffee services with the assistance of the little helpers
- Supports the chair in chair’s duties
- Takes care of the chair’s duties when chair can not
Treasurer:
- Takes care of the guild’s finance and property
- Makes the budget and the financial statement
- Maintains membership register
Fuksi Captains:
- Takes care of fuksis guaranteeing them a safe journey in the beginning with assistance of the Leader of the Tutors and with tutors
- Familiarizes the fuksis to the student culture and the culture of the The Guild of Surveying Engineering and inspires them to get involved in the activities
- They are responsible for informing fuksis, organizing fuksi events and making a Fuksi guide and a Fuksi point card
- Supervises the guild’s Tutor action
- Represents the guild in the Fuksi Committee
Master’s Student Captain:
- Takes care of master’s degree’s fuksis guaranteeing them a safe journey in the beginning with assistance of master’s degree tutors
- Familiarizes the master’s degree fuksis to the culture of the students of the technology and to the The Guild of Surveying Engineering secrets and inspires them to get involved in the activities
- Represents the guild in the International Committee
Master of Studies:
- Spearhead of promotion of interests
- Is the link between the department and the university, as well as between the students and informs changes in the studies and other topical issues
- Represents the guild in the Student Union Council and works in close cooperation with the Student Representatives and is one of them as well
Hosts:
- Organises sittnings, sauna evenings, parties and everything between heaven and earth
- Represents the guild in the Student Union of the Events
- Leads the guild’s largest number of the officials a.k.a supporting team for the Host and Hostess
Geometres’ Editor-in-chief
- Produces the guild’s magazine Geometres with the editorial staff. Geometres is published four times a year
Master of Corporate relations:
- Acquires sponsors for the Guild’s annual celebrations and other activities
- Organizes excursions
- Organises Semi-Long excursion event together with the Master of Culture and External Relationships
Master of Culture and External Relations:
- Sends the members of the guild to international events such as the Nordic Meeting
- Organises sport experiments and other sports events for the members of the guild together with the Master of exercising
- Organises excursions with more entertaining meaning and other fun events such as the Singing tram
- Organises Semi-Long excursion event together with the Master of Business
Publicist
- Is in respond of the guild’s internal and external communication and takes care of e-mail lists
- Is in respond of the guild’s e-mail lists and makes the weekly newsletter
- Is in respond of the guild’s social meadia
- Makes the guilds event registrations

- Helps the Host and Hostess in sitsit and in the other events
Head of Song Leaders
- Leads the song leaders
Song leaders:
- Maintains the singing culture of engineering students for instance leading the songs in the sittnings and in the annual celebration
- Prepares the singing papers for the sittnings
- Participates planning and organizing of the singing events
Song Leader Apprentice:
- Participates in the sittnings with the song leaders and assists the song leaders in the best way possible
Artistic director of the Maakansallisbaletti
- Leads the guild’s dance group Maakansallisbaletti
Annual ball master:
- Is responsible for organizing the annual celebration
Freshman Division
Leader of ISOs
- Organizes guild’s Tutor action for the domestic students
- Organizes Tutor recruiting and participates in organization of the Tutors education
- Organizes Tutor recruiting and participates in organization of the Tutors education
- Organizes guild’s own as well as the ITMK’s organized recreational events for Tutors (for example ISOsitsit)
- Fuksi Captain’s righ-hand man
Leader of International Tutors
- Takes care of the international students in tutoring
- Works as part of the ITY’s international activities
- Other international action of the guild

- Introduces the new bachelor students to the teekkari culture and the guild’s culture.

- Introduces the new exchange and master’s students to the teekkari culture and the guild

- Takes care of guild’s alumni
Abi responsible
- Is responsible for marketing our studies to high school students
Abi responsible’s helpers
- Help the abi responsible in his/hers duties
Student Representatives in Administration (Hallopeds)
- Deliver student opinions to school’s decision makers
- Participate in school’s decision makers’ meetings

Monttu-gnomes:
- Helps the Vice Chairman in organizing the coffee services and maintaining the guild’s room
Harassment contact persons
- Is there for anyone who has experienced harassment and helps to solve the case
- You can contact the harassment contact persons if you experience harassment or see bullying, discrimination, harassment or any inappropriate behavior in a guild’s event or activities

Graphic Designer
- Guild’s visual identity and advertising
- Designs overall badges when needed
Photographer
- Takes pictures of the events and maintains the guild’s photo gallery
- Acquires footage for Geometres
Editors
- Produce content for the guild magazine Geometres
Social content creator
- Develop the guild’s social media
- Create content for the guild’s different social media platforms
Web Wizards
- Develops web pages
- Creates the guild’s event application forms
- Represents the guild in DigiTMK
- Briefs the guild’s new web wizards on how to use the guild website
Web Wizard’s helpers
- Assist the Web Wizard in their duties
External Division
Corporate relations assistants:
- Help in acquiring funding for the Guild’s annual celebrations and other activities
- Help in organizing various corporate events
Excursion coordinator
- Coordinates visits to different companies with the help of the Master of Corporate Relations
RIL-TEK contact:
- Collaborates with TEK
- Organizes meetings with TEK
- Is part of the RIL Youth board
- Organizes events with RIL Youth board
Sports Coordinator
- Organizes guild’s teams for the Aalto’s exercise series
- Sits in AYY’s Student Union of the Exercising
- Organises sport experiments and other sports events for the members of the guild
Sport tutor
- Helps the Sports Coordinator to organize sport events
Amusement and Culture Assistant
- Helps the master of culture and external relations to organize different kinds of events
MAIK-responsible:
- Represents the guild in the MAIK’s board
- Participates in organizing the MAIK-head start, MAIK-sittnings and MAIK-cruises
Foreign Excursion Masters
- Organize the guild’s foreign excursion UVP
- Assembles the guild’s foreign excursion committee

- The Board’s and in particular the Chairman’s warp and woof

- Represents the old Mittaris
